Aronia (Chokeberry) Concentrate

Our 65 brix Aronia Berry Concentrate is not an extract, but a pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure fruit juice. Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives. The average single strength is 17 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:3.72, yielding roughly 1.25+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 52 gallon drums. Aronia Berry is best known as an ingredient for wine, mead, smoothies. It would work well with beer and spirits. It is very high in antioxidants, it is actually known as one of the ‘Super Fruit’. Works well with other products, or to make an all-natural drink (or add flavor to a current drink). Excellent as part of your smoothie, used as a concentrate, a very small amount (a tablespoon) is needed.

Diluted: 1 quart (1/32 fl oz) yields about: 4.5 quarts, 1.0+ gallon, or 6/750 ml bottles

Diluted: 1.5 gallons (6/32 fl oz) yields about: 28 quarts, 7.0+ gallons, or 36/750 ml bottles

Diluted 3 gallons (12/32 fl oz) yields about: 56.5 quarts, 14 gallons, or 71/750 ml bottles

Diluted 4 gallon (4 gallon carboy) yields about: 75 quarts, 18.75 gallons, or 95/750 ml bottles
