We are looking for a hands on controller will undertake all aspects of financial management, including accurate financial reporting, fixed asset management, cost accounting, AR collections, budget and forecast preparation, risk management, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Reports to the President of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Payroll, Inventory Accounting and Revenue/Expense Recognition
Supervise a Staff of 2: AP Clerk (PT) and Human Resource Director & AR
Create annual cost models to assist in the valuation of inventory on a monthly basis
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements with presentation to the Board of Directors as needed
Review and understand impacts of sales, disbursement, & collections on cash flow
Create a good working relationship with bank representatives, outside audit and tax firm, and insurance agency to assist in the evaluation of risk levels and implications
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Provide financial institution with monthly required reports and documents
Additional controller duties as necessary

Requirements and skills:
Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
3-5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with creating financial statements
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Knowledge of Great Plains software preferred but not required
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Will train with current controller for 1-2 months
Plant experience preferred but not required

We are looking for someone to work in our juice concentrate department, packaging 40+ varieties of juice concentrate and preparing it for shipment across the country.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
Using diaphragm pumps, unloading product from bulk drums into holding tanks, and packaging the product into different size containers.
Creating inventory tags for the products packed, and moving them to their correct storage locations.
Assisting in packaging daily orders for shipment, pulling product for orders, packaging into boxes, matching shipping labels, and completing all necessary paperwork.
Following SSOPs to perform sanitation on all equipment and hoses used each day.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and carry out oral and written instructions.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices

Requirements and Skills:
Job requires being on your feet for most of the shift.
Must receive forklift and sanitation qualifications through our training program.
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
Must be able to learn and use the inventory management software.
