Our modern, 9,000 pallet space freezer and repack center is located in Southwest Michigan.

• Repack facility and freezer adjoin, resulting in reduced moves from freezer to repack and return
• Temperature controlled (45ºF) unloading/loading, repacking, and staging areas totally 12,000 sq ft.
• Freezer maintained at -10ºF

Repack Equipment

• Two vertical form/fill packaging lines: 1. Capable of packing from 4 oz to 5 lb bags. 2. Capable of doing laminated poly
• NEW Auto-assist for "carton-ing" poly bags of product into pre-printed retail display-ready cartons.
• Can pack into different carton dimensions / configurations
• Product's frozen status is maintained throughout entire process
