Many of our customers use our selection of quality fruits for wine, whether for commercial or the home wine hobbyist. We have been asked several times for various varieties of actual wine grapes. We have responded to our customer requests. We sought out the best grower/processors of domestic wine grapes and concentrates in the country. We are pleased to offer what we feel the ‘best of the best’ wine grape concentrates.


Selection
We are offering 4 white and 4 red varieties of wine grape concentrate. They are all grown domestically. As with all of our other fruit concentrates the only ingredient is the grape itself. Wine grapes are traditionally harvested with a higher brix level then Concord grapes. The concord grape average brix is about 15 to 16 brix. Wine grapes are in the range of 22 to 24 brix. The sulphur content is very low, less than 100 ppm. All of our wine grapes are concentrated to 68 brix. To bring back to single strength, simply add back the water that was removed during the concentration process. The ratio of reconstitution is about 1:3. One quart of concentrate will yield about 4 quarts of single strength juice.

Facts
All of these products are Non-GMO. As with all of our other concentrates, they are all natural, with no additives, or preservatives. These products are not extracts.

Our Chardonnay 68 brix grape concentrate is not an extract, but pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure Chardonnay grape juice. The color of the concentrate is a golden yellow. Only the water is evaporated, leaving pure juice. It is all natural, no sugar added. The average single strength juice is about 22 to 24 brix. This product is very low in sulphur, <100 ppm.
