Apple Concentrate - Import

Our 68 brix Import Apple Concentrate is not an extract, but a pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure fruit juice The product is from Europe, mainly Turkey or Poland. Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives. The average single strength is 11.5 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:6.86, yielding roughly 1.75+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 52 gallon drums. Apple is a great ingredient for beer, wine, mead, spirits, hard cider, jelly, flavoring meat or other products, or to make an all natural drink (or add flavor to a current drink). Excellent as part of your smoothie, used as a concentrate, a very small amount ( a tablespoon) is needed.
