Merlot Grape Concentrate

Our 68 brix Merlot grape concentrate is a product of the USA, grown, processed, and packaged ready for you. It is not an extract, but pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure Merlot grape juice. The color of the concentrate is a rich purple. It is all natural, no added sugar. This product contains less than 100 ppm of SO2. The average single strength is 22.0 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:3, yielding roughly 1.0+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, and 4 gallon packages. This is the perfect ingredient for making wine and flavorful grape drinks. So sorry this product is not Kosher.

Diluted: 1.5 gallons (6/32 fl oz) yields about: 24 quarts, 6 gallons, or 30/750 ml bottles

Diluted 3 gallons (12/32 fl oz) yields about: 48 quarts, 12 gallons, or 60/750 ml bottles
