It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives.

Our Red Tart Cherry 68 brix concentrate average single strength is 14.0 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:5.15, yielding roughly 1.5+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. The resulting color is a medium amber with excellent flavor.

The 50 brix Passion Fruit concentrate average single strength is 14.0 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:3.16, yielding roughly 1.0+ gallons of single strength juice per quart.
