Cranberry Juice Concentrate

Our 50 brix Cranberry Juice concentrate is not an extract, but a pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure fruit juice. Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives. The average single strength is 7.5 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:6.97, yielding roughly 1.75+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 52 gallon drums. Cranberry is a excellent ingredient for beer, wine, mead, spirits, hard cider, jelly, flavoring meat or other products, or to make an all natural drink (or add flavor to a current drink).

Diluted: 1 quart (1/32 fl oz) yields about: 8 quarts, 2.0 gallon, or 10/750 ml bottles

Diluted: 1.5 gallons (6/32 fl oz) yields about: 47 quarts, 12+ gallons, or 60/750 ml bottles

Diluted 3 gallons (12/32 fl oz) yields about: 95 quarts, 23.5 gallons, or 121/750 ml bottles

Diluted 4 gallon (4 gallon carboy) yields about: 127 quarts, 31.25+ gallons, or 160/750 ml bottles
